COMPETITION REGISTRATION FORM

Please complete a separate West Coast Dance Explosion entry form for each number. Photocopies are acceptable. Issue one (1) check only for all studio competition—Fees are non-refundable.

Dance Genre Competition: If this number is to be entered into the All-Around, please check box below.

Each studio will be limited to a maximum of seventheen (17) entries. Competition will be limited to time availability, and quota could be reached before the cut-off date. So, register early! Entries will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Of course, studios are more than welcome to compete in more than one WCDE regional competition.

ALL ENTRY FORMS AND FEES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY THE CLOSING DATE FOR THAT CITY.

All fees, discounts, scholarships, and totals are subject to verification.
